How to watch CrossFit events at home and on the go

The CrossFit Games, which run from August 26-30 in Atlanta, Georgia, will offer a much-needed break from the monotony of competition and will also give us a chance to get to know some of the more interesting personalities who will make their way into the competition.

I caught up with three of the most interesting personalities in the CrossFit community, all of whom will be making their way to Atlanta this week to take part in the games, and share their thoughts and experiences on how the event will impact their fitness, life and overall health.1.

Alex “Lil’ Fat” Gaffney: A CrossFit veteran and two-time NCAA champion, Lil’ Fat has a pretty impressive resume.

He won two CrossFit championships, the 2013 and 2014 National Collegiate CrossFit Championships, and was a top-five NCAA player last year, taking home the NCAA CrossFit gold medal.

While he’s been competing since 2007, he started to see some serious improvements in 2016.

“When I started training for the Crossfit Games, I was already doing cardio and I had a little bit of a cardio problem,” he told me.

Gaffney had a few training partners, and even though they were all at a different stage in their fitness journey, they all worked together in a similar way, and all of them improved their fitness.

But the thing is, he says, his training and the workouts he did with his CrossFit partners were all focused on the specific muscles he needed to improve his strength and conditioning, rather than the overall fitness and strength goals.

In fact, when he first began training, his workouts focused on a very specific focus, like he was trying to get stronger and stronger with the least amount of effort possible.

This year, however, he’s changed his focus.

Now, Lil Fat is trying to reach a new level of performance.

“I was just trying to figure out how much harder I had to work, because I was just getting there in the last couple of years,” he said.

For the past few months, he has been working with CrossFit Coach Jason Kallen, who he credits for helping him figure out the best way to work on his training.

That meant a lot of experimentation, as well as learning how to work with his coaches to get his workouts better, not just faster.

With that in mind, he is doing some of his most intense CrossFit training ever this year.

His new goal is to go through a few weeks of intense CrossFitting with his fellow competitors, which he hopes will help him reach his goal of winning the gold medal at the Games.

Cameron Gentry: This week’s CrossFit Olympics in Atlanta will be Gentry’s third appearance at the games.

Since he was first invited to compete in the 2012 Olympics, he was in the mix for a spot on the Olympic team and was part of the team that qualified for the Games, but he was ultimately denied.

At the time, he said that the exclusion was a big blow, and he didn’t think that would ever happen again.

So he decided to enter the 2012 Games on the Gold Medal team, but was cut before the games even started.

After making a deal with Crossfit, he went on to become a two-year member of the program, and has been there ever since.

Despite the loss, Gentry said that he is glad that the Olympics are now in the future.

Instead of looking at it as a failure, Gaffey believes that the Games will be remembered for being an important opportunity for the sport.

James “The Fat” Johnson: A two-times NCAA champion in the 800 meters, Johnson’s record-setting performances at the 2012 and 2014 CrossFit Olympic Games led to him winning a silver medal in London.

Although he competed in the 2010 and 2012 Olympics with a total of 12 medals to his name, he only took home one gold medal in 2012.

Johnson also has a long history of injury, including knee and hip surgeries.

According to Gaff, Johnson was one of the first people to tell him that his health was declining and that he should get back to the gym and start training.

Johnson has a reputation for taking his workouts seriously, and believes that CrossFit will help boost his fitness in a positive way.

“[It will] allow me to be in a better position to take care of my body, and be able to do more of the things I want to do in the gym,” he says.

Jordi Ficklin: The two- time NCAA champion from Utah is a two time Olympic medalist in the 400 meters and 1500 meters, and one of four men to have a perfect Olympic Games total in both events.

Ficklin was one half of the 2012
